AHA 2023 — Dr Fathima Aaysha Cader (Kettering General Hospital, UK) and Dr. Shrilla Banerjee (Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, UK), winners of Women as One’s Escalator Award Mentor-Match Award, joined us to discuss their experience with developing a tool aimed to make the mentorship experience effective both for the mentee and mentor.
