Dr Husam Abdel-Qadir is a Cardiologist at Women’s College Hospital, Toronto, CA. Prof Abdel-Qadir's primary clinical and research focus is on the cardiovascular health of people with cancer, particularly breast cancer and he leads a research programme on the management and outcomes of people with atrial fibrillation.

Dr Abdel-Qadir graduated from the University of Toronto’s medical school with the Silver Medal and completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
