Radcliffe Cardiology is delighted to be an official supporter of the ground-breaking Cardio-Oncology in Practice study day, organised by the University College London Hospitals (UCLH) Cancer Academy in London, UK, on Friday, 28 June 2019, from 09:30 to 16:30 BST.

Cardio-oncology is one of the fastest growing subspecialties in cardiology, covering the management of cardiac problems in cancer patients. Such problems may be pre-existing, develop during and as a restul of cancer treatment or become manifest many years later (late effects).

This 1-day CPD accredited symposium will:

  • Cover clinically relevant areas in cardio-oncology such as haemato-oncology, solid oncology and coagulopathy.

  • Unpick real-world problems faced by cardiologists when dealing with haemato-oncology, medical and clinical oncology patients.

  • Provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of this unique group of patients.

  • Be an opportunity for cardiologists and oncologists to network.
