Israel Heart Society - About

Israel Heart Society, The ( IHS ) Was founded in 1952 in Haifa and currently has 709 active members.

Aims of the Society:

To enhance the professional and scientific knowledge of therapy and prevention of heart diseases in Israel. IHS is a formal society of the Israel Medical Association, and acts as a formal representative of the cardiology community in Israel as recognized by its scientific committee.

IHS is a formal member of:

The Israeli Chapter of the American College of Cardiology ( ACC )
European Society of Cardiology ( ESC )
World Heart Federation ( WHF )
