The British Congenital Cardiac Association annual meeting remains a key event for those involved in caring for both adults and children with congenital heart disease.

This meeting is suitable for doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals. The broad programme offers a clinical and scientific update. Relevant clinical scenarios and some of the latest developments in the congenital heart disease will be discussed.

The keynote speakers include the BCCA visiting professor: Jack Rychik (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) a truly world authority in fetal echocardiography and the also the Failing Fontan, Damien Bonnet the vastly experienced Head of Cardiology of the largest congenital cardiac unit in the European Union (Paris) and last but not least the pioneer of interventional cardiology and novel heart failure therapies Dietmar Schranz from Geissen.

This year’s meeting will be in London and once again will see the collaboration with the Paediatricians with Expertise in Cardiology Special Interest Group (PECSIG) and the Congenital Cardiac Nurses (CCNA). Both the PECSIG and the Nurses meetings will be running in parallel with the BCCA.

We look forward to extending a warm welcome to you in London for what promises to be a fascinating, absorbing and educational meeting for all professionals involved in the specialty of Congenital Cardiac Care.
