Optimal PCI London 2023 was a hybrid two-day event held on the 2–3 October at The Royal College of Physicians, London, UK. With over 20 expert faculty, it focused on six complex, high-risk intervention topics: pre-procedural planning, imaging, calcium, stent failure, left main PCI and CTO / LV support.

Salvatore Brugaletta, MD, PhD, is Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona and Interventional Cardiologist at the Hospital Clinic, Barcelona, Spain, with a large experience in coronary and structural heart disease (Intracoronary imaging, complex heart disease, left main, bifurcation, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CHIP, TAVI, Mitraclip, LAA, etc).
