Davide Capodanno

Davide Capodanno

Professor of Cardiology and Interventional Cardiologist

Prof Capodanno is Professor of Cardiology at the University of Catania and Interventional Cardiologist at the Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria “Policlinico G. Rodolico-S. Marco”, Catania. He has authored more than 500 manuscripts, 5 textbooks of interventional cardiology and 17 textbook chapters, and he has delivered more than 200 invited lectures in international meetings.

Prof. Capodanno is Co-Director of the PCR Clinical Research Course and Associate Director of TCT. He is a member of the Working Group on Thrombosis of the ESC and a member of the Educative Solutions Research Group Programme of PCR. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Eurointervention, Associate Editor of the European Heart Journal, Section Editor of Thrombosis and Haemostasis and Editorial Consultant of JACC Cardiovascular Interventions.
