Biography

Dr Wael Almahmeed is a Consultant Cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Prior to his current position, Dr Almahmeed was Head of Cardiology at the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi.

Dr Almahmeed studied medicine at the University of Southampton, in Southampton, UK. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Dr Wael Almahmeed is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology, published by Radcliffe Cardiology on behalf of the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology.
