Sarah M Hayes

Dr Sarah Hayes is a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Specialist at North Memorial Health in Minnesota. She was named the 2023 Emerging Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacist by the American College of Clinical Pharmacy after creating a four-part "virtual rotation" in Cardio-Oncology for pharmacists across the country. She is an active founding member of the IC-OS Pharmacy Workgroup. With the help of a handful of Cardiology physician champions, Sarah spearheaded the current Cardio-Oncology initiatives at her own community institution.
