Richard L Weiss, MD, is currently Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and has been Director of Echocardiography at Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center since 1997. He has served as a manuscript reviewer for several medical journals and has served on the editorial board of this journal. His bibliography includes publications in many major American medical journals. He has lectured locally and a national meetings and was instrumental in the organization of the Delaware Valley Echo Society in Philadelphia.
