Raoul Bonan, MD, has been working as an Interventional Cardiologist at the Montreal Heart Institute since 1978. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), and the American Heart Association (AHA. He is primary or co-author of nearly 170 scientific articles and 20 book chapters related to research on cardiovascular percutaneous interventions. He has now delivered more than 300 scientific presentations and has participated in numerous interventional cardiology live cases and demonstrations around the world. Dr Bonan continues to be a key player in the planning and organization of multiple scientific meetings. He graduated from the University of Paris in 1974, and went to the Montreal Heart Institute to complete his training in invasive cardiology. He continued training in Montreal until 1978.
