JoAnne M Foody, MD, FACC, FAHA, is an Associate Professor of Medicine, and Cardiovascular Medicine Director, Cardiovascular Fellowship Program, Yale University School of Medicine. Previously, she was a Resident in Internal Medicine, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard University 1990–1993, and a Clinical Fellow in Cardiovascular Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Foundation 1996–2000. Dr Foody received her BA from Princeton University in 1986, and her MD from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine in 1990. Her focus is on identifying clinical strategies that will reduce cardiovascular events in patients with and without coronary artery disease.
