Dr F. Aaysha Cader, MBBS, MD, MRCP, MSc (Oxon) is an Assistant Professor of Cardiology and Interventional Cardiologist at the Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with research interests in acute coronary syndromes, transradial coronary interventions and sex disparities in cardiovascular disease.
She is a World Heart Federation Emerging Leader, and an active member of the and Asia-Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) young community. Dr Cader is an Associate Fellow of the Asian Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (APSIC), and serves on AHA’s CLCD Leadership Committee, QCOR Early Career Committee, SCAI Women in Innovations and International Committees and the ACC’s NCDR CathPCI Registry Research & Publications Committee. She was also the recipient of the Women As one Escalator Award and the Paul Dudley White International Scholars Award.
