Dorairaj Prabhakaran

Dr Dorairaj Prabhakaran, who completed his MBBS at Bangalore Medical College, pursued further education at renowned institutions including the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (MD: Internal Medicine and DM: Cardiology) and McMaster University in Canada (MSc: Health Research Methodology). 

Dr Dorairaj Prabhakaran currently holds the position of Distinguished Professor at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), he played a pivotal role in founding two esteemed centres of excellence within PHFI: the Centre for Chronic Conditions and Injuries, and the Centre for Digital Health. Additionally, he contributed significantly to the establishment of the Centre for Environmental Health.
