Biography

Dr Denis Pellerin is Consultant Cardiologist and has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of adult cardiology. He was trained at The University of Paris VI and obtained speciality certification as Cardiologist in 1989. He was appointed Consultant Cardiologist and Director of Echocardiography at The Heart Hospital in 2003. Dr Pellerin then moved to The Barts Heart Centre at St Bartholomew’s University Hospital in April 2015. His research work includes publication of major peer reviewed articles in international cardiovascular journals (PubMed Central Database). Dr Pellerin has written and contributed to multiple chapters in textbooks. He was awarded 3 major Prizes including the Lion Heart Honorary Prize for innovation in the field of cardiovascular research, and he is invited lecturer and has been a chairperson at major International Congresses since 1995.

Dr Denis Pellerin served on the Editorial Board of European Cardiology Review until February 2023.
