Biography

Dr Bernard Kwok is a Cardiologist at Farrer Park Medical Centre, and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in Singapore. 

Dr Kwok was formerly governer of the Singapore Chapter of the American College of Cardiology, and President of the Singapore Cardiac Society. He also founded the Heart Failure Society in Singapore.

His research interests include exercise physiology. 

Dr Kwok received his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1990, and received a Master of Medicine from the same institution. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians based in the UK after qualifying with a diploma from the Royal College in Edinburgh, Scotland. He then returned to the National University of Singapore to train in cardiology, and then attended Stanford University in the USA to complete his fellowship in Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation.
