Overview
In this webinar experts in the field of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) will discuss how CRT response can be optimized using innovative device algorithms and will show the clinical study results. Presenters will be Prof. Haran Burri (Geneva, CH) and Dr. Sing-Chien Yap (Rotterdam, NL) while Prof. Christophe Leclercq (Rennes, FR) will moderate the session.
Key Learning Objectives
- The issue of non-response to CRT and how non-response can be addressed
- What the benefits are of left ventricular only pacing synchronized with spontaneous right ventricular conduction and how this can be achieved
- How to monitor whether left ventricular pacing is effective and learn about ways to improve the amount of effective pacing
- How to ensure a high percentage of effective pacing during episodes of atrial fibrillation
- The clinical experience and clinical study results using novel algorithms
Target Audience
- Cardiologists/electrophysiologists involved in the implantation and/or follow-up of cardiac resynchronization therapy devices
- Allied healthcare professionals such as physiologists, hospital technicians or nurses involved in cardiac resynchronization therapy devices
