Insights from Enlighten: The EV-ICD Post Approval Registry
This on-demand webinar offers an in-depth look at the Aurora EV-ICD™ system, the first-of-its-kind extravascular ICD designed to reshape protection from sudden cardiac arrest.
The programme opens with Dr Oliver Monfredi (University of Virginia Health, Charlottesville, US) who provides a comprehensive overview of Aurora EV-ICD, including patient selection and key nuances of the implant procedure. Dr Laurence Epstein (Northwell Health, New York, US) then presents the six-month real-world results from Enlighten: The EV-ICD Post-Approval Registry. Dr Blandine Mondésert (Montreal Heart Institute, Montreal, CA) shares her firsthand clinical experience using the Aurora EV-ICD system across a contemporary ICD patient population. Chaired by Amy Thompson, Senior Clinical Research Program Director, Medtronic, and inventor of the EV-ICD, the session concludes with an interactive panel discussion addressing questions from the live audience.
