Future of Vascular Large Bore Closure and Best-in-Practice Management
This breakout session hosted at Transcatheter Interventions Online 2024 is for interventional cardiologists keen on advancing their expertise in vascular closure techniques, with a special emphasis on large bore closures, the MultiCLOSE algorithm in TAVI procedures, and arterial and venous closures. Expert speakers, including Darren Mylotte, Ole De Backer and Liesbeth Rosseel, share insights and findings from their extensive experience and recent studies.
Learning objectives
- Learn the essential techniques and best practices for safe and successful large bore vascular closure
- Explore the application and effectiveness of the MultiCLOSE algorithm in TAVI procedures through the TAVI-MultiCLOSE Study insights
- Absorb real-world experiences and strategies for both arterial and venous closure techniques to enhance procedural outcomes
Target Audience
- Interventional Cardiologists
- Surgeons with an interest in transcatheter treatment strategies for coronary and structural heart disease
- Interventional Cardiology Nurses
