Overview

This webinar was developed by a collaboration between Boston Scientific, the British Cardiovascular Intervention Society (BCIS) and supported by Millbrook Medical Conferences and Radcliffe Cardiology. It brings together leading physicians from China and the UK with the aim to share knowledge, experience and learnings of the COVID-19 pandemic, including in-depth discussion regarding its characteristics, and management for its prevention and control.

This webinar was produced in collaboration between Boston Scientific and BCIS.

Nick Curzen

Prof Curzen is an editorial board member of Interventional Cardiology: Reviews, Research, Resources (ICR3) and joined the editorial board in November 2021. 

Prof Nick Curzen (BM (hons) PhD FRCP) is a Professor of Interventional Cardiology at the University of Southampton and Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. He is the current President of BCIS, having previously been a Council member, Education Lead, Research Lead and Honorary Secretary.

Nick specialises in coronary and aortic valve intervention.  

He pursues an active research programme: Chief Investigator for RIPCORD2 and FORECAST randomised trials as well as for FFRCT RIPCORD & COMET.
