Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in Cardiology hosts, Dr Mirvat Alasnag (King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital, Jeddah, SA) and Dr Julia Grapsa (Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK) are joined by Prof Mamas Mamas (University of Keele, Staffordshire, UK) to discuss how we can achieve equity in the workplace. Together, they share insights on the dangers of tall poppy syndrome, how to recognise our biases, and why many feel unable to call out bullying and harassment.
