The Scientific Programme of the ASM 2015 will revolve around the theme: “Practical Cardiology”, whereby there will be an emphasis on addressing day-to-day management of patients with cardiovascular disease. The lectures will be broad based: from basic science, clinical practice and public health issues, reflecting the burden of cardiovascular disease across all spectrum of the population. The Programme will have within it elements that will enrich the understanding of cardiovascular disease, as well as contemporary management of its various clinical presentations, for an entire multidisciplinary audience – from clinicians, allied health professionals, scientists, academics, administrators and policy makers.
