The International Society for Heart & Lung Transplantation’s (ISHLT) 46th Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions (ISHLT2026) will take place from 21–25 April 2026 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This multidisciplinary, international meeting is one of the largest gatherings dedicated to advanced heart and lung failure, transplantation, mechanical circulatory support and other innovative therapies for advanced cardiothoracic disease.
