The goal of Europe AF 2017 is to present contemporary knowledge and understanding of the pathophysiology and treatment of Atrial Fibrillation to a diverse audience of medical professionals so that they will understand:

• When and how to anticoagulate and reduce stroke risk in patients with AF
• How to choose treatment that is appropriate for each individual AF patient
• When to refer patients for AF ablation
• How to perform AF ablation safely and effectively
• The various options for mapping and ablating AF
• The role of new therapies for AF
