The International Academy of Cardiology, Annual Scientific Sessions 2020, 24th World Congress on Heart Disease has been cancelled.

After careful consideration and in accordance with the CDC's guidance regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the International Academy of Cardiology has made the difficult decision to cancel the Annual Scientific Sessions 2020, 24th World Congress on Heart Disease, scheduled for July 24-26, 2020, at the Westin Copley Place Boston.

Many U.S. and foreign academic institutions and hospitals have now restricted staff travel or meeting attendance. At the International Academy of Cardiology our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our patients, congress attendees, faculty, and staff.

The International Academy of Cardiology thanks the Scientific Sessions Program Committee, Faculty, Abstract Submitters, and our dedicated staff for their commitment to the International Academy of Cardiology Scientific Sessions.
