Biography

Dr Yohei Ohno currently serves as a Director of Valve and Structural Heart Intervention Program at Tokai University Hospital, Isehara, Japan. He was a former clinical fellow at Ferrarotto Hospital, Catania, Italy with Prof Tamburino (ex-Course Director of PCR London Valves) where he trained in structural heart disease intervention including TAVI, MitraClip, LAAC, etc.

His main areas of interest are valvular heart disease intervention. He has been actively involved in many clinical trials involving new technologies and devices in the field of interventional cardiology. He also serves as one of the Course Directors of PCR Tokyo Valves.
