Tan Chiang Soo

Dr Tan Chiang-Soo is a Consultant Cardiologist and Physician at Northern Heart Hospital, Penang, Malaysia. After completing his medical training at the University of New South Wales, he sub-specialised in interventional cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. Dr Tan has extensive experience in complex cardiac procedures, including primary angioplasty for acute heart attacks and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI). He is one of the few cardiologists in Malaysia with extensive experience in clinical trials for specialised procedures such as rotational atherectomy and coronary brachytherapy.
