Dr Sanjeev Gulati, MD, is the Enterprise Leader for Heart Failure and Transplant Services at Advocate Health, Charlotte, North Carolina, US. He is board certified in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant and former Chief of Cardiology at Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute. Prior to his role as Chief of Cardiology, he served as the medical director of the advanced heart failure and transplant program, Dr Gulati currently serves on the HFSA Scientific Statements Committee. He has operational and strategic responsibilities for heart failure, transplantation and mechanical circulatory support at the Enterprise Level for Advocate Health.
