Lynn Hickman

Lynn Hickman is a Nurse Practitioner who has been in the Valve Clinic Coordinator role for 10 years at Alexian Brothers.  She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for graduate school and she has an extensive background as a nurse in cardiology and post surgery.

Lynn has found success in the VCC role by streamlining preop testing and appointments in efforts to improve patient experience when navigating a difficult workup and treatment process.  She enjoys developing ideas on program efficiencies and is proud to be part of the Edwards Benchmark program which allows her to assist other valve teams on process improvements.
