Biography

Dr Gaurav A. Upadhyay is a cardiologist and Associate Professor at the University of Chicago. A specialist in cardiac rhythm management, he focuses on advanced electrical therapies for heart failure, including conduction system pacing and cardiac resynchronisation. He earned his BA from Harvard and MD from the University of Chicago, completing residency and fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital. An active clinical investigator and speaker, he has co-authored over 70 publications and received the Max Schaldach Fellowship from the Heart Rhythm Society.
