Francesco Saia

Dr Francesco Saia is an interventional cardiologist at the University Hospital of Bologna and Associate Professor at the University of Bologna. He trained in medicine and cardiology in Bologna and focuses on interventional cardiology, particularly coronary and structural heart procedures. Saia has contributed to research on myocardial infarction and cardiovascular outcomes and was elected president of the Italian Society of Interventional Cardiology in 2023.
