Personal History

Dr. Jason R. Wollmuth is an Interventional Cardiology Specialist in Portland, Oregon and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Portland Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine and has been in practice for 23 years.1

An NCAA football fan, Dr. Wollmuth supports the Oregon Ducks.

 

Academic History

Dr. Wollmuth graduated from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine in 1998, going on to complete his Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Utah Health the following year. Between 1999 and 2001 he completed his Residency in Internal Medicine, at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson.1

 

Since then, he has completed two Fellowships with Washington University in the St. Louis School of Medicine; a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease, from 2002 to 2005 and a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology, from 2005 to 2006.1

Dr. Wollmuth has been practicing for 23 years and is professionally affiliated with several hospitals in the Portland area, including Providence St Vincent Medical Center, Providence Portland Medical Center, Providence Medford Medical Center and Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.
