On behalf of Prof.Dr. Cornelia Schaefer-Prokop (ESTI 2014 President) as well as the European Society of Thoracic Imaging, we would like to cordially thank you for your participation at this year’s Annual Scientific Meeting, held from June 12-14, 2014, in Amsterdam/NL. The scientific programme of the congress attracted more than 700 participants from Europe, the Arabic countries, the United States of America, Asia and Australia. In the run-up of the congress the HRCT Hands-On Course, dedicated to pattern analysis and differential diagnosis took place. Another highlight of the meeting was the Film Panel session and the ESTI honorary membership was awarded to Prof.Dr. Martine Remy-Jardin, Lille/FR.
