Prof Thomas Münzel is Chief of the Department of Cardiology at the Center for Cardiology, University Medical Center Mainz in Mainz, Germany. Prof Münzel is an interventionist, and was co-initiator of the Gutenberg Health Study, a worldwide prospective cohort trial.
